  • I applied for a grant for a client who had just moved into a new property and the application was easy to use. Cwmbran trust provided the full grant and the client was provided with; furnishings, three piece suite, table and chairs, fridge, freezer and utensils. This helped them to move on in a positive way in their life.

  • The Congress Theatre is so grateful to the continued support from the Cwmbran Trust over the years. Without its support the theatre wouldn’t have been able to maintain or indeed improve its facilities offered to the people of Cwmbran town. The monies have been invested in improving the building, enabling it to remain open and continue for the future.

  • The Parents & Friends of Crownbridge Association approached the Cwmbran Trust for assistance with funding a Sensory Garden at Crownbridge School. Thanks to their generosity we were able to complete this project and our students, all with severe additional learning needs, now enjoy a therapeutic and stimulating outdoor area to enhance their educational experience.

  • The Cwmbran Trust was most helpful and supportive all the way through the process . The Grant they gave us which was for a major piece of building work helped us to transform the centre which in turn has enabled us to help and support a very vulnerable group in the local community. It has also helped us to deliver a wider range of support and training helping young people into employment whilst making the centre more sustainable.

The trust are committed to helping and improving members the local community and I would personally recommend any local community groups seeking funding to seek their help. A first class organisation which has made many local people’s lives much better.
